Terms & Conditions
Last updated 20 July 2026
The short version. We give you research, matching and advice for studying pharmacy abroad. We do not decide admissions, issue visas or grant licences — universities and governments do. Nothing we provide is a promise of any outcome.
1. Who we are
This website, edupharma.in, is operated by EduPharma Overseas Consulting, a proprietary concern based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site or buying a service.
Our full registered details are available on request — email contact@edupharma.in.
By using the site or buying anything from us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a payment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and accept these terms on your behalf.
You agree that the information you give us — your degree, marks, test scores, budget and timeline — is accurate. Our advice is only as good as the information you provide, and inaccurate information will produce misleading guidance.
3. What we provide
- Readiness check — a free self-assessment producing an indicative score and pathway guidance.
- Pathway Pass — access to our programme explorer, filtered and matched to your profile.
- Season Pass — the above, plus review of documents you have written yourself, and country-specific visa preparation material.
- Consulting and mentorship — one-to-one sessions, scoped and priced separately in writing before work begins.
Our services are advisory. We research, explain and recommend. You make every decision about where to apply, what to submit and what to spend.
4. No guarantee of any outcome
This clause matters more than any other, so we state it plainly. We do not and cannot guarantee:
- admission to any university or programme;
- any scholarship, assistantship, stipend, fee waiver or other funding;
- the grant of any student visa or entry permission;
- eligibility for, or success in, any licensing examination or registration process, including FPGEE, NAPLEX, OSPAP, PEBC or their equivalents;
- any employment, salary, internship or post-study work outcome.
Admissions, funding, visas and professional registration are decided exclusively by universities, governments and regulatory bodies applying their own criteria. Any timeline, likelihood or estimate we give is an informed opinion, not a commitment.
5. About our programme data
Our database is compiled by checking official university and regulatory pages, and we mark a field as unverified rather than filling it with a guess. Even so, universities change deadlines, fees, test minimums, credential-evaluation rules and programme availability without notice, and some close programmes entirely.
You must confirm every requirement on the official programme page before you apply, pay an application fee, or book a test. We are not liable for any loss arising from a requirement that changed after we recorded it. Currency conversions are indicative only and move with exchange rates.
6. Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
Access is for one person. You may not share, resell or republish our programme data, matched shortlists, written guidance or any other material, whether free or paid.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy or bulk-extract our database or resell it in any form;
- misrepresent your qualifications or documents to us or to a university;
- ask us to produce material you will present as your own unaided work, including statements of purpose and recommendation letters;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to disrupt or attack it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this clause, without refund.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, written guidance and the compiled programme database are our property and are protected by copyright. Facts published by universities are not ours; our particular selection, verification and arrangement of them is. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use what you have paid for, and nothing more.
10. Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for application fees, test fees, credential-evaluation fees, travel costs, deposits or tuition paid to any third party.
11. Third-party sites
We link to university, government and service-provider websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date above.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the grievance process in clause 15.
14. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email contact@edupharma.in with the details. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within fifteen working days. To escalate, mark your message for the attention of the Grievance Officer at the same address.
